Work in progress, always

First, welcome to this little blog. It has been a very busy year and currently there are many projects going on. There also was the first snow this morning. Life is a work in progress and in the studio it is a continued collage of projects.

Funny thing is that I can’t share a lot of imagery right now but we have:

First, we are working on the completion of the Anchorage Mushing District Arch sculpture, and designing metal ornaments for the holidays

Second I have started a fascinating journey into Norse mythology and am creating a horse that comes from the lines of the Eddas.

Third, waiting patiently is also Secretariat. Beautiful slender and fast, it will be a horse sculpture that will entertain

Meanwhile I have embarked on free expressive art, sometimes just color, sometimes it has a shape and sometimes it has not. This is a little play amidst most of my complicated work. In the photo is Blue Horse, I added him there as with the abundance of colors of all the dyed wood sticks, there was no blue. So there it is.

And then there is web design that I can’t share but is incredibly interesting and a joy to work on!
